Classes

Two shapes of class. One teacher behind both.

Everything here is live and taught by me. Private classes give you the whole hour; circles give you a room of other adults to hold your own in. Corporate teams can book a closed circle of their own.

Private

One to one

Just you and Abby. The whole hour bends around your work, your accent, the meeting you have on Thursday. Nothing is generic, because nobody else is in the room.

  • A plan rebuilt after every class
  • Role-play of your real conversations
  • Written corrections the same day
  • Reschedule up to 12 hours ahead

Small groups

Circles & teams

Four to six adults at a similar level, meeting twice a week. You learn to hold your ground in a room with other voices in it — the part private classes cannot rehearse. Companies can book a closed circle for one team.

  • Never more than six voices
  • Two live classes every week
  • Private circles for corporate teams
  • Shared notes after each session

The practical details.

Level

Intermediate and above. If you can hold a conversation but lose it under pressure, you are exactly who these classes are built for.

Length

55 minutes for regular classes. The free trial is 20 minutes, and it is a real short class rather than a sales call.

Where

Live video, from anywhere. A link, a quiet room, headphones if you have them. Nothing to install.

Materials

Your own life: emails you have to send, decks you have to present, interviews you are preparing for. I build the rest around it.

Rescheduling

Free up to 12 hours before a class. Later than that, the hour is held for you but counts as taught.

Language

English only in class, with translation only when a word genuinely refuses to arrive.

How a class runs

Fifty-five minutes, in the same four movements.

Every class follows this sequence. You always know where you are in the hour, and what is coming next.

  1. 0110 min

    Warm talk

Ordinary conversation. How the week went, what annoyed you, what you watched. No interrupting yet — the point is to hear how you speak when nobody is marking you.

  2. 0225 min

    The work

One grammar point or one sound. Not five. We stay with it until it stops feeling like a rule and starts feeling like a habit you own.

  3. 0315 min

    Pressure

We role-play the exact situation you are afraid of: the salary conversation, the client call, the visa interview. Rehearsed here so it is not improvised there.

  4. 045 min

    The letter

Every correction from the hour, written out and sent to you the same day. You keep a record of your own English changing.

Start where you are

Twenty minutes, no card, no script.

Book a free trial and we will simply talk. By the end of it you will have a written plan and an honest answer about what your English actually needs.
